Faurecia’s VIE Program?
The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Seating Business Group is looking for you as a VIE Lean Manufacturing Pilot (FES&P : Faurecia Excellence System & Productivity) m/f for our site in Vigo, Spain.
Your missions?
Creation and roll-out of corporate standards, guidelines and templates within Seating Business Group;
Collection and sharing our best practices and benchmarks within Seating Business Group;
Creation of online E
- training modules;
Structuring, animation and maintenance of the internal communication network platform;
Organization of different workshops, conventions and other events;
Will liaise with lean expert, lean network and plant management teams, will visit manufacturing sites and be exposed to manufacturing processes, will learn the FES&P and participate to workshops
This mission will provide the candidate with an outstanding exposure to a Best in Class Automotive Production System and to a global network organization, which supports and drives Operational and Financial improvements, in a Global Automotive Supplier. The FES&P pilot provides improvement ideas on Production and support our factories to achieve the expected level of excellence.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (at least last year of Engineering school)
Fluent in English and French, a 3rd language is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High level of autonomy, organization and initiative
Available for some international traveling
Internationally minded
Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Programming…)
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing is a plus
Experience in a manufacturing production in France and abroad (e.g. internship or equivalent) is a plus
