Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – Europe Seating Division is looking for you as a VIE Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator m/f for our site Lozorno (close to Bratislava, capital), Slovakia.
Your role and responsibilities?
The role of a VIE HSE coordinator is to guarantee, according to national legislation, the respect and the enforcement of the Group's HSE policy.
Your main missions will be to
Support the local HSE team and employees
Analyze the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment
Propose an annual HSE action plan team
Participate in Faurecia's HSE network
Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators
Organize and drive HSE trainings
Carry out accident enquiries
The mission will last 12 months.
Who are you?
Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in HSE preferred
Fluent in English/Czech/Slovak
A first experience in a plant or in an industrial environment
Knowledge of HSE tools and methods : FMEA, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits,
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies
