Ernst & Young's Tax practice is one of the largest, most highly esteemed and most technically advanced tax practices in the world. Through a combined international, regional, and local tax approach, EY tax professionals help companies understand the important linkage between tax planning and their business imperatives. We then provide a wide array of tax services to help these companies identify and implement winning tax strategies that align with the client's business objectives.

As a member of EY's core Tax practice, you will have the combination of deep tax knowledge and a sophisticated understanding of business drivers to serve your clients to the best of your ability.

We are currently seeking a driven candidate to be a Tax Intern.

Responsibilities
Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns.

Develop and deliver timely and high-quality services and work products.

Learn about and research complex tax issues and help develop practical tax approaches.

Participate in client meetings and work within a team environment to deliver integrated advisory services to clients.

Demonstrate an understanding of basic tax concepts and actively pursue increased tax knowledge through client assignments and current tax developments.

To qualify, candidates must be in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree with a concentration in law, accounting, finance, economics or a related field. Candidates must also have:
·  strong analytical skills as well as excellent written/verbal communication skills
·  demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
·  integrity, maturity, dependability, and a positive professional attitude
·  PC proficiency
