Skills and attributes for success

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, SharePoint Designer, PowerPoint, Word, etc. using VBA)

• Proficiency creating and administering SQL Server and reporting with Power BI

• Experience in deploying web based systems to a global audience

• Familiarity with chatbot AI technology, such as Watson, Azure Bot, etc. and RPA technology, such as UiPath, Blue Prism preferred

• Ability to work virtually and independently in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks, with a strong client focus and ability to manage expectations

• Strong organizational and planning skills together with an intelligent, proactive approach to problem solving

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and vision and identify opportunities for process improvement

• Ability to accept and navigate situations with ambiguity and complexity to progress recommendations and decisions

• Collaborates and works effectively with others, builds and maintains relationships with TSS service delivery and operations team members and stakeholders

• Experience working in a Shared Services global organization

• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills

• 3+ years' experience preferred, including professional office experience and/or HR reporting and systems experience

• Flexibility in approach to working on a global scale and at times across time zones

• Bachelor's degree or above from a commercial, business or HR related discipline
