We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator to our internal Recruitment team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills, build on your career, and help to grow a global network. It’s a rewarding role that will stretch you on a daily basis, within a fun and supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities
·  Working with a group of senior recruitment consultants to enable them to make key hires
·  Screening of open roles
·  Phone screen candidates for team and cultural fit
·  Building a pack of documents to enable our mobility team to apply for visas for candidates
·  Providing an exceptional candidate experience
Skills and attributes for success
·  Experience in administration in a Human Resources Function
·  Relationship management skills and strong attention to detail
·  Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
·  Able to work autonomously with guidance from senior recruiters in the team
