Job Summary:

As an Intern, you will receive an opportunity to work in Core Business Services (CBS which includes Human Resources and Recruiting, Marketing, Knowledge, Finance, Independence, Enterprise Support Services (ESS), Information Technology Services and Business Development. You'll receive training, attend orientation, and receive a laptop computer, all designed to prepare you for a fast-paced environment.

You'll also receive exposure to teams of EY professionals serving our clients in the Assurance, Advisory, Tax, and Transaction Advisory Services practices. The internship will involve multi-faceted, integrated learning coupled with practical, paid work experience. This could include Shadow Days, interaction with Counselors and Peer Advisors, and workshops. The internship experience also includes social events and community service activities.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Interact with team members to complete projects and acquire subject matter knowledge
·  Attend internal and/or external meetings to gain an understanding of the client needs
·  Learn and use EY technology tools to contribute to the team’s project work
·  Use Microsoft technology suite of products to develop spreadsheets, power point and/or word documents
·  Take direction from others to enable independent work on assignments; report back as needed, to produce quality results
Qualifications, education and certification:

This position offers tremendous learning opportunities and career potential to the right individual. To qualify, candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline and must have:
·  A GPA of 3.0 or above
·  Approximately 0-2 years of related work experience
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills
·  Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities
·  Ability and willingness to travel, as necessary
