Job description



The responsibilities listed in this document are not exhaustive and are flexible to accommodate the needs of the business, Africa Quality Projects and overall Firm requirements.

Amongst other things your role will include:

· 
Working closely with the Africa Advisory Quality Team, with a focus on increasing awareness to and embedding initiatives and programmes across Africa;

· 
Increasing awareness on Advisory Quality policy;

· 
Providing consultation support for the engagement teams under the direction of the Advisory Quality Senior Managers;

· 
Assessing and developing a response to Africa Advisory’s specific Quality needs in consultation with the Quality Senior Managers/RAQL;

· 
Embedding and promoting existing quality programmes and processes where appropriate;

· 
Support the Advisory Quality Senior Managers in the educating of client-serving individuals in Africa on risk and quality related matters and programmes, to help them better manage risk;

· 
Acting as the primary contact for client service personnel in resolving problems or issues for assigned practices (Consultation support);

· 
Raising independence consultation requirements;

· 
Monitoring quality initiatives and programs in Africa and reporting the status on a weekly/monthly basis; and

· 
Monthly and daily contact and teaming with Quality Management colleagues in the Cluster and South Africa.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

·  Matric
· 
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
