If you have worked on large scale data analytics projects and have a keen sense of consumer insights through analytics and experimentation, and love to influence product direction with business while building out the detailed product requirements then you will love this position.

 

 

As Product Owner, you will work with technology teams across all E&Y Service Lines helping them identifying and implementing new capabilities on the Synapse Cloud based Managed Services platform. You will also drive reuse of existing capability and building upon them to enhance the speed to market. You will review and mentor Insights gathered by the various product teams while challenging them to move aggressively to deliver a superlative customer experience to our users. You will work with the Product Management team to review and improve their product strategies based on market research, feedback, product performance, market and portfolio analysis. You will drive the development of user stories and technical requirements through the development cycle in an Agile/Scrum based delivery model. You will evaluate and enhance ROI and drive improved team performance. You will partner with the technology team to enhance the quality and efficacy of the products built with EY Technology. You will also closely collaborate with Product Marketing to drive greater traction to products / features. You will also oversee UX standards and consumption in EY Technology.

 

 

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

 

 

 

 

· 
Help build EY Technology into a Product organization

· 
Work alongside a team of Product Owners and Product Managers in defining product roadmaps etc.

· 
Drive in a culture of product management across EY Technology including :

· 
Product Insights (market research, feedback, product performance, portfolios analysis, technology development), tooling to support data acquisition

· 
Development – User Story Development, Testing strategies, Resource Planning, UI and Licensing considerations

· 
Planning : Proposition development, Build vs Buy, Business Case, ROI, Pricing

· 
Marketing : Driving product awareness, evangelizing product management, drive product launch

· 
Leadership : Communicate to senior management, vendor management, collaborate with Technology teams and QA

· 
Will enforce product governance structures and compliance activities to maintain regulatory compliance and enterprise standards

· 
Communicates feedback to the leadership team to improve and evolve the quality of products

· 
Cultivates and builds relationships across business & IT and industry to gather intelligence and bring insight about the wider enterprise picture and enable the leveraging of emerging industry standards and approaches within EY

· 
Oversees the development and implementation of an ongoing communication plan to educate stakeholders on the purpose and benefits of Product Management

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

·  Prioritizes deadlines, feature development and provides product direction to all team members

Sets and monitors product goals and assess overall performance of teams utilizing Agile reporting

Receives general direction from leader of the Product Architecture & Technology Strategy group

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

· 
Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud..)

· 
Experience with Agile development methodologies and VSTS preferred

· 
Strong influencing skills are required to work with other departments or leaders and encourage effective feedback for all team members with stakeholders beyond the Product Management group

Regular international and domestic travel. Reasonable extension of the working day should be expected commensurate with the needs to fulfil

the obligations of the role

Job Requirements:

Education:

Required

· 
BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS or related field

Preferred

· 
MS/MA/MBA in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent

Experience:

· 
5+ years of product management, product engineering, business analysis, or project management

· 
Experience Coordinate / collaborate with teams in multiple geographies.
