The opportunity

 

EY is looking for Consultant- People Advisory Services with primary competency in Work Force Management.

This position requires individuals who are self-starters and who possess high potential, energy and commitment to client delivery while rapidly gaining more competency and experience in the many facets of project-oriented consulting. Project roles can either be functional or technical in nature.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

· 
Be part of the payroll advisory practice at EY, working on global client projects.

· 
Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Build expertise and technical skill set in the Work Force Management domain

· 
Has business requirement familiarity in at least one of the following components of Workforce Management

· 
Attendance Management

· 
Leave Management

· 
Scheduling

· 
Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance Work Force transformation offering within the practice

· 
Acquires new knowledge and skills in specialty area (Work Force Management, Payroll, Labor Scheduling, Attendance/Leave Management)

· 
Manage personal work efforts and deliver high quality work products and services to assigned clients in defined project role

· 
Participate in each of the major phases on a system lifecycle (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration and Post Production Support

Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas

· 
End to end Work Force Management process

· 
Analyticalabilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· 
Expertise in process mapping and documentation using Visio and other tools

· 
Expertise in creating SOP, process documentation and work instructions

· 
Work Force Management certifications

· 
Been part of end to end Work Force Management implementation and transformation program – Exposure to work force transformation programs enabled by technology.

· 
Exposure or experience in Scope and policy review, current payrollassessments, vendor selections, designing payrollprocessesand strategies at global level, global payroll implementation support

· 
Documentation and Testing

· 
Design of Work Force Management documentation – Work instructions, test scripts, SOPs

· 
Contract review

· 
Support transition to shared services environment – Knowledge transfer, Training documentation,

· 
Awareness and experience of the Work Force Management automation projects and RPA

Experience and working knowledge of at least one of the global payroll platforms such as ADP (Global View, WorkForce Now), SAP, Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft products
Understands the Process Level 1 and Process Level 2 flows for Workforce Management

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

· 
Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)

· 
2-4 years of work experience with technical competence in Work Force Management

· 
Preferred work experience / exposure to Work Force Management (Payroll) and working as part of a global distributed team.

· 
FPC/CPP/PMP will be a desired skill set
