Job description



Job purpose

The Global Engagement Services (GES) team provides a standard methodology for coordinating the administration of Global Mobility servicesvia streamlined / standardized processes in the areas of assignment initiation & repatriation (AI&R), global reporting & billing, short term business travellers, international social security (ISS) and global coordination across various country tax practices.

Responsibilities :

· 
Be the Primary Point of Contact (PPOC) for a work-stream for one or more engagements

· 
Adhere to the scope of work within the client service level agreement

· 
Understand your team’s place within the engagement and take ownership for connecting the various work streams serving the client

· 
Develop in-depth knowledge of processes across work-streams and clients specific requirements.

· 
Manage work volume with efficient distribution of work to the Analysts and review the work completed by Analysts for quality.

· 
Be involved in coaching of Analysts within the team

· 
Assist Seniors in managing clients/projects

· 
Demonstrate the ability to delegate and review the work of analysts

· 
Ensure that the work done is within the budget and deviations have valid reasons/explanations.

· 
Leverage ideas from other engagements and experiences to enhance effectiveness of work

· 
Regularly communicate your progress and project status to the Senior

· 
Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual chargeability goal

· 
Adhere to practice protocols and other internal processes consistently

· 
Proactively seek work to meet your annual chargeability goals, and communicate effectively with supervisors/advance analysts/seniors as applicable on your progress and project status

· 
Adhere to the risk management protocols and escalate when required

· 
Understand the management vision and work towards achieving the country practice / engagement / GDS goals and objectives

· 
Make suggestions to improve and drive efficiencies.

· 
Develop the global mind-set to provide exceptional client services with all that we do.

Desired Skills:  

·  2 – 4 years of experience (Preferably in Global Mobility domain)
·  Strong in MS Excel - Competent with using spreadsheets for data manipulation and review
·  Technically versatile and able to work with data from various sources of various complexity and formats
·  Have Effective communication skills - both written and oral.
·  Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
·  Possess strong analytical, logical and reasoning skills
·  Detail orientated / Attention to detail
·  Respect for the diversified and inclusive work culture
·  Ability to learn and pick better roles and responsibilities in due course.
·  Confident and self-motivating attitude
