Strong analysis, design and development experience in Azure and Dataanalytical tools

EssentialFunctions of the Job

·  Work closely with variousteams and stakeholders and help deliver the results

·  Strong experience in AzureCosmos DB, PowerBI and Kusto

Knowledgeand Skills Requirements

Essential:

·  Expert in Power BI
·  Expert in Cosmos Db
·  Experience in Kusto

Desirable

·  Experience working in anAgile environment
·  Certifications in Azure
·  Experience in SQL Server,SSIS, Azure Data factory, Azure Data Lake

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

·  Has very good understanding of general TS concept
·  Knowledge on SF and EY Leads
·  Has in-depth knowledge in the assigned processes suchas Learning adminitration
·  Excellent communication skills (facilitation andpresentation skills a plus)
·  Strongspoken and written English 
·  Demonstratedsupervisory skills such as teambuilding, training/coaching, providingconstructive feedback to staff, effective delegation, staffing and scheduling
·  Goodorganization, analytical and problem solving skills; logical flow of thoughtand process orientation

Supervision Responsibilities:

·  Acts as a counselor for Associates and SeniorAssociates
·  Leads  teams ofca. 10-15 people, it may involve people working on various processes
·  Assigns work, monitors completion, provides timelyfeedback; recognizes outstanding individuals and team performance
·  Sets performance goals, conducts performance appraisalsessions with the counselees during year end and mid year
·  Set performance improvement plans and works on theirexecution
·  Solves people related issues observing HR procedures /policies and legal requirements
·  Plans training for the team
·  Follows HR procedures related to people management (eg.reports sick leaves, plans working time and settles working hours accordingto the legal requirements and the firm’s procedures, ensures any changes inassignments are reported to people team (eg change of process, team etc.))
·  Ensures good communication within the team (runs teammeetings, 1-1 meetings, ensures the team participates in the firm widecommunication events

 
Other Requirements:

·  Is employed in task based working time system.
·  May need to travel during transition, otherwise traveltime will be very limited.

Job Requirements:

Education:

·  MasterDegree in HR/other studies & postgraduate diploma in HR (or completed HRcourses)

 
Experience:

·  Minimum of 9+ years of progressiveexperience including at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
