Responsibilities

项目经理

1) 具有土木工程、建筑、给排水、电气、暖通、工程造价等相关专业大学本科及以上学历；

2) 具有注册造价工程师执业资格优先；

3) 具有中高级职称优先；

4) 从事工程造价服务专业工作5年以上（土建、安装、装饰等相关专业）；

5) 熟悉项目建设管理流程，能够准确把握和解决工程建设各阶段（招投标、结算、决算等）造价服务，以及工程管理中存在的重大争议问题，有行业领先的工程造价咨询单位项目负责人工作经验者优先；

6) 3年以上独立带领团队承接完成大中型工程造价服务业务，具有较强的项目组织管理组能力、沟通能力，较强的语言、文字表达能力；

7) 为人诚实正直，具有较强的工作责任心，恪守行业道德和自律要求；

8) 有健康的身体和良好的心理素质，能适应出差；

9) 有市场开拓业绩和经验能力者优先。

 

Requirements

项目助理

1) 具有土木工程、建筑、给排水、电气、暖通、工程造价等相关专业大学本科学历，有2年以上工程造价服务专业工作经验；

2) 持有有效的安装、土建等造价员或预算员资格证书者优先；

3) 初级职称优先；

4) 具有独立或者带领团队完成中小型工程造价服务业务工作能力和工作经历优先，有行业领先的工程造价咨询单位同类工作经历者优先；

5) 具有较好的语言协调沟通和文字表达能力，能够熟练运用办公软件及常用的工程造价服务专业软件；

6) 勤奋务实，能承受持续的工作压力，能接受出差工作；

7) 爱岗敬业，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作意识。
