MENA Recruitment Brand Coordinator, Talent Services Team

Job description

As part of the Talent Services team, you will provide brand, marketing and communications sup-

port to deliver a compelling employer/recruitment branding presence in the Middle East and

North Africa region. Your role is to increase awareness and consideration of EY as an Employer ofChoice, thus creating a pipeline for both campus and experienced hiring and enabling recruitingteams to hire the best talent.

 

The opportunity

 

The role will take a lead in executing the regional recruitment brand strategy which will further

position EY MENA as an employer of choice amongst the campus and experienced hire audiences.The role will primarily cater and contribute to operational excellence within the brandingworkstreams, including but not limited to Social Media, Job Boards and Activations (Online and Off-line).

 

Your key responsibilities

 

The role holder will work closely with the recruitment brand manager, regional BMC and GDS teams,as well as external vendors & agencies. The key focus area for the role will cover the following:

 

· 
Social Media: Support and lead in content creation & community management across Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram

· 
Brand Campaigns: Support and lead in coordination and execution of annual campus & experienced hire campaigns which will include vendor management & budget tracking.

· 
Offline brand support: Support in maintaining recruitment marketing collateral inventory.

· 
Employee Advocacy: Support in day to day management of the MENA Employee Advocacy program.

· 
Job boards: Owns the process of managing job board relationships and administration.

· 
Talent Brand Campaigns: Support the recruitment brand manager to execute talent brand initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have

·  Minimum 3-4-year experience within a professional environment with exposure to social media activations.
·  Experience in coordination & stakeholder management
·  Working in international and diverse, cross cultural environments

  Ideally you will also have

· 
Graphic design knowledge with experience image and video editing.
