The opportunity


We are looking for Marketing Coordinator (Japan Business Services) within the Markets & Business Development team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

Your key responsibilities
· 
Managing various types of client events

· 
Coordinating article production such as news alert and editorials for Japanese media

·  Liaising with Japanese media
·  Drafting and distributing internal newsletters
·  Maintaining team brochures up to date
Skills and attributes for success
· 
Must be able to speak, read and write business Japanese at native level, and English at business level and have thorough understanding of the Japanese business market including Japanese business etiquettes

· 
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and able to learn other new business software at ease

· 
Strong communication skills, problem solving ability and professionalism are important in interacting with and handling correspondence from a variety of internal and external stakeholders

· 
Ability to complete multiple administrative support tasks and projects in a deadline driven environment will be highly valued

· 
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia

Ideally, you’ll also have
· 
Experience in marketing activities especially event arrangements and publishing
