Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

· 
Support business priorities and drive process efficiency and consistency

· 
Working with local country team to deploy the country learning plan and budget, ensuring accurate monitoring of plan and actual activities

· 
Ensure adoption of mandated Global, Regional and local learning curriculums and accommodate any business-related requirements as needed

· 
Co-manage selected learning programs including but not limited to – Welcome to EY (Onboarding) and Welcome to Advisory

· 
Support learning needs for an assigned sub-service line in Advisory

· 
Supporting other ad-hoc projects and regional assignments as deemed needed. Example – ASEAN Advisory Learning Event

· 
Work with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to ensure a consistent approach to L&D delivery

· 
Ensure effective communication and implementation of learning and development for stakeholders

· 
Act as a change agent and role model in support of leading-edge learning and development and leadership practice

 

Skills and attributes for success

· 
Basic understanding of project management principles

· 
Genuine interest in people and ability to network, build good relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels

· 
Ability to adjust to multiple conflicting demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

· 
Must have proficient Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

To qualify for the role you must have

· 
At minimum a Bachelor Degree in any field

· 
At least 1 year of working experience or fresh graduates with a keen interest in learning and development

Ideally, you’ll also have

· 
Willing to and efficient in handling multiple tasks and workflows

· 
Strong English language and communication skills
