Job description
Essential Functions of the Job:
· Creating and managing Learning courses inSuccessFactors, based on the request received from the regional Talent Team
· Creating and managing Scheduled Offering(Class), with a specific start and End date & time, Location, Instructoretc... to deliver the Course content effectively, based on the requestreceived from the regional Talent Team
· Roster Management: Managing theRegistration/Cancellation for the Scheduled Offering’s (Classes).
· Notifying the employees through variouscommunications (email) on the upcoming classes which they have registered for(eg: Registration notification, Joining Instruction, Leader Communicationetc...)
· Preparing and providing Onsite Documents whichis required for the training (Rosters/Attendance sheet, Name Tag’s, TableTents)
· Triggering feedback survey for the classescompleted
· Processing the Completion/Awarding credit forthe Learners attending the Scheduled Offering (Class) based on the allocated hours of the session
· Preparing and sharing the evaluation summaryreport for the class conducted based on the survey result provided by theparticipants
· Providing standard Learning Reports based onthe request received
· Handling the Learning related queries receivedthrough Service-Now
· Liaise between the Learner and the Talent team
· Establish clear understanding of the EYLearning process flow and related activities
· Strictly follow the Learning Admin processmap, procedures and Work instructions to execute the assigned requestsappropriately
· Strict adherence to the defined Service LevelAgreements (SLAs)
· Ensure quality compliance as per the definedstandard Global process model
· Followsthrough on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectivelyprioritizes assignments; identifies and reports barriers and issues toSupervisor
· Respondsto emails and enquires in a timely manner
· Preparesand contributes to reporting as directed
· Assistswith GDS initiatives and other projects as assigned
· EnsuresGDS organizational policies and processes are followed
· Activelyparticipates and completes the performance management and development planactivities
· Identifiespotential areas for process improvements and makes recommendations to Senior and Supervisor roles
· Ensurethere are no deviations from the agreed process – raise change requestswherever required upon getting confirmation from the Supervisor
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
· Goodcommunication, interpersonal skills and customer orientation; workseffectively with others
· Command of spokenand written English due to session hosting were participants includes fromSenior leaders across Globe
· Displays positiveattitude; meets challenges and changes with an open mind, demonstratescommitment to the job
· Goodorganization, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to exercisejudgment in day to day work activities
· Takes initiativeand follows through as appropriate; attentive to details; efficientlyprocesses high volume of transactions
· Flexible anddependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demandsand customer requirements
· Good keyboardingand data entry skills
· Working knowledgeof firm standard technology such as Outlook, IE, Windows, Excel, Word,PowerPoint; experience with HR specific technology a plus – Success Factors(Learning Management System)/Service Now/ABC
