Job description

We are a Hong Kong law firm member of the global EY network, in collaboration with other law firm members. We have a cross border practice with a focus on corporate finance and commercial practice.  We are looking for a high calibre lawyer to join our practice.

 

Associate – Corporate /Commercial (0-2 PQE)

Applicants should be a Hong Kong qualified solicitor preferably with experience in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, merger and acquisitions and general commercial practice.  Newly qualified lawyer will also be considered. The successful candidate must be a team player, and have good technical legal skills, strong drafting and communication skills and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
