Brief Description of Role

HR & Grad Administrative Assistant
 
Key responsibilities
·  Supporting Grad function, including:
·  Managing application process and tracking progress of each candidate
·  Performing initial review of candidate’s CV and transcript
·  Scheduling and conducting of interviews
·  Providing feedback to candidates
·  Assisting in co-ordinating on campus activities, specifically: career fairs, on-campus interviews, student contact sessions
·  Loading ambassadors onto the GRAD database and maintaining its accuracy
·  Assisting with the administration of bursaries for the Cape Region
·  Overseeing the schools programmes (including SAICA schools programme and the Business Game)
·  Administration of Biometrics fingerprint capturing
·  Co-ordinating and being present at orientations, inductions and business/work experience programmes
·  Generation of correspondence - responding to emails
·  Screening of calls & handling of queries
·  Liaison with Johannesburg and Durban’s Assurance HR and Grad teams
·  Liaison with facilities, ops and procurement teams in respect of key student events and assisting with the planning and implementation thereof
·  Processing of invoices via procurement system
·  Record keeping (devising and maintaining accurate systems for all staff & graduate files)

Qualifications / Experience
·  HR diploma would be advantageous
·  2 year’s experience in recruitment and/or HR generalist role
