Working as part of a team, you will be fully dedicated to the audit practice, with the main focus on learning & development programs for our employees.  

Key responsibilities

The content of the learnings will be provided by some of our audit colleagues, so you don’t need to have an audit or accounting background. We are, however, looking for candidates interested to work in a fast-paced Consultancy and audit environment.

Some of your concrete tasks will include:

You are responsible to plan and organize internal trainings;

· 
You identify the learning needs in the various audit teams and keep our curriculum up to date;

· 
You are responsible for keeping the learning databases up to date;

· 
You will follow up on ad-hoc questions/requests through the Learning mailbox, you are the single point of contact for learning questions;

· 
You are responsible to build a constructive professional relationship with colleagues from other teams within EY Belgium (HR, audit managers & partners, etc.) and on the wider EMEIA level;

· 
Since EY is active on an international level, you will participate regularly to international calls and occasionally, you need to attend meetings in France or the Netherlands.

Your Profile


· 
Degree in Office Management, HR Management or a relevant discipline, or equivalent by experience;

· 
A first relevant experience is a plus;

· 
Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good level of business English;

· 
Excellent communication skills (written and oral);

· 
Solid organizational and planning skills;

· 
Pro-active, client oriented, with a keen eye for detail;

· 
Well organized, flexible, result oriented.
