At the moment we are looking for a  Junior Consultant Private Client Services for our office in Brussels.

The Junior consultant Private Client Services will be actively involved in activities relating to both tax and legal consulting and compliance duties for a large number of business related and high net worth individuals in national and cross-border situations. 

Your Tasks :  

·  You prepare and implement (personal) tax planning in national & cross-border situations (emigration, immigration, (real estate) investments in Belgium and aborad, transfer of the seat of companies, restructuring of a familiy business related to the transfer of a familiy business to the next generation,...);
·  You prepare and implement estate planning in national & cross-border situations (gift and inheritance tax planning, philanthropic planning…);
·  You assist in family governance projects (family charters, setting up of a fmily office,...);
·  You prepare resident and non-resident tax returns for business related and high net worth individuals (income tax returns, inheritance tax returns…):
·  You assist business related and high net worth individuals during tax audits, tax claims, etc.  

Your Profile :
·  You have a degree in Law or Economical Sciences. A Notary degree and/or special degree in tax is a plus.
·  You have a profound knowledge and interest in estate planning and personal tax matters.
·  You have the ability to work autonomously but also like to work in a small team.
·  You are eager to progress and have an analytical mind.
·  You have outstanding writing skills and are a good communicator.
·  You have a good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes…)
·  You speak French fluently, you have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of English.
