Job summary:

The Information Security Consulting Team Analyst is responsible for supporting all client inquiries and activities regarding Security Projects, Security Consulting, Remediation Plans and Exception Request.  The role specifically provides technical knowledge and analysis of information security policy, processes, procedures, standards and minimum security baselines. Understanding of cloud security. Also includes applications; operating systems; Internet and Intranet; physical security e.g. access control and perimeter protection; networks; risk assessment; critical infrastructure continuity and contingency planning; emergency preparedness; security awareness and training. This position requires excellent English language speaking, reading and writing abilities.    

  Key responsibilities:

· 
Contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of security consulting    function.

· 
Provide written and/or verbal recommendations for procedural changes for management review.

· 
Support client and engagement team security project inquiries about Security Consulting procedures.

· 
Provide support and collaboration to customers and senior team members.

 

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:

· 
Overall understanding of information security proceses, frameworks and technologies

· 
An overall understanding of the business objectives of of the different business portfolios and their scurity requirements.

· 
Ability to team well with others to facilitate and enhance the understanding & compliance to security policies.

· 
General understanding of the Data privacy and Regulatory concerns.

· 
General knowledge of information security technologies (i.e. firewalls, IDS/IPS, DMZ, access controls, penetration testing, risk and vulnerability assessment, investigative techniques, authentication systems).

 

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:

Education:
· 
Degree in Computer Science , Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience:
·  1-3 years of experience in related IT roles.
· 
Understanding of information security policies, procedures and standards globally.

Certification Requirements:
·  Desired : Information Security related certifications
