Job description



What you are going to do:
· 
Prepare hardware and software for end-users, including installation, configuration and testing of more complex corporate hardware

· 
Repair of end user hardware and software as necessary to resolve incidents

· 
Respond to colleagues’IT related questions, resolve incidents associated with firm-standard end user software and hardware

· 
Identify sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences.

· 
Perform asset management activities (procurement, receipt, inventory, tracking, distribution, etc.)

· 
Support local, area and global projects, assist with off-site support for firm sponsored meetings

Qualifications and certifications

· 
High school degree, preferably IT specialization

· 
1 to 3 years of professional experience is an advantage

· 
Sense for a detail, very good analytical skills, logical thinking

· 
Reliability, independence and flexibility

·  Team player
· 
Active knowledge of Slovak and English language

· 
Basic knowledge of MS Windows 7, 10, MS Office, SharePoint, computer security and access rights

·  Basic knowledge about ITIL and TCP/IP based networks
