Invoice Analyst

Job Summary:

 

This role is responsible for seeking a highly capable Invoice Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for seeking approvals to process the invoices and handling multiple client accounts. You will also be required to attend to clients' queries.

To ensure success, you should exhibit extensive experience of invoice processing and sound knowledge of accounting practices.

Invoice Processor will be someone with a keen eye for detail, who can optimize invoicing procedures.

 

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

 

·  Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express.
·  Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries
·  Ability to review invoices.
·  Excellent organizational and communication skills.

 

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

 

·  The role requires decision-making responsibilities with the aim of ensuring thatdata and reporting supports the review and management ofservice performance and demand management at a global, area, and local level.
· 
Excellent analytical skills are required.

· 
The impact of decisions made are global in nature and affect key business stakeholders, third-party relationships and end-users

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

· 
Implementing invoicing procedures

· 
Tracking, reviewing, seeking approval and processing of invoices in system

· 
Maintaining databases.

· 
Investigating approval delays.

· 
Managing client requests and queries.

· 
Assisting with past due or on hold invoices.

Other Requirements:

· 
Work requires ability to work a flexible schedule

· 
English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Requirements:
 
Education :

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

 

Experience :

·  Five or more years of experience in all aspects of data, reporting analytics, benchmarking and MI.
·  Strong experience in influencing and managing across global functions and capabilities.
