Job description

Skill Requirements :

·  Forward-thinking design professional with 3-6 years of experience who applies the latest technologies to achieve project goals – from concept to execution.

·  Experience in narrative, conceptual (i.e., crafting stories and building brands), and graphic design (i.e., typography, layoutand how it extends across digital).

·  Good to have experience in instructional design, content development with understanding of CP&R industry trends,strategy, design strategy

·  Experience in motion-based storytelling. Knowledge of web development (i.e., HTML, CSS, JS).

·  Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Adobe software products and in standard business software including Word,Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.

·  Demonstrates working knowledge of digital and traditional pre-press technology and printing.

·  Business experience of learning content design and development in context of change management/ERP rollouts etc.

·  Should have experience working with onsite teams alongside client teams.

·  Understand and implement development model appropriate for a given project.

·  Analyze the characteristics of existing and emerging technologies and their use in an instructional environment.

 

 

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Design marketing collateral for digital, print, and expands on existing campaign designs while maintain brand standards.

·  Responsible for development of creative material while adhering to EY’s graphic and written standards

·  Independently design and develop creative learner-cantered, branding, marketing & strategy communications, modules,and materials in multiple modalities including synchronous videos, info graphics, review, and resource materials

·  Effectively manage multiple moderately complex, medium- to large-scale projects from scoping to evaluation

·  Collaborate with a global team of instructional designers

·  Work multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines.

·  Co-leads press checks, and has a strong knowledge of color separations, prepress, and different types of production proofs, paper and the latest digital related technologies.
