The opportunity  

The Global Solutions team is responsible for building EY’s BMC strategy and plans for Alternative Business Models (ABM), Data Office and Global Managed Services.  These three areas are all enabling EY’s ability to pivot from time and materials to asset based solutions.    All three areas are tasked with originating and activating global Brand, Marketing & Communications plans that:

·  Expand EY’s addressable market through a distinctive and competitively impactful brand position
·  Execute campaigns through the regions to connect target buyers to new propositions and solutions, create distinctive buyer experiences and support demand growth
·  Create enablement tools that support the deployment of Global Solutions into key internal audiences
·  Engage and excite EY communities on these new capabilities, solutions and development tools
·  Capture and report all BMC activity to ensure it delivers measurable market impact. 

Your key responsibilities


The global GMS Supervising Associate role is a key member of the Global Solutions team, supporting the creation and impactful execution of large-scale Global Managed Services (GMS) brand and marketing programs, deployed across multiple channels and regions.  The GMS Brand, Marketing and Communications plan is ambitious and this role is key to the successful execution of the plan, delivering measurable impact in the external market.  To do this will require a team player able to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders as the activation of the GMS BMC plan will require strong and influential relationships with BMC teams in the Service Lines and Regions.  The successful candidate will be expected to influence and innovative how the plan is activated, developing ways to achieve continuous improvement of its performance.  The successful candidate will be a strong and resilient team player with excellent communications and project management skills with a proven track record in managing multiple projects, working virtually and independently, often with minimal direct supervision.  The role will report into the GMS BMC Manager and the Global Solutions BMC Leader.

Skills and attributes for success

·  Have a good understanding of B2B marketing and communications principles
·  Strong digital marketing experience, actively seeking out latest / best practices
·  Be to prioritise own workload and proactively manage stakeholders
·  Ability to work in a high pace, agile environment
·  Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities & stakeholders
·  Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, high impact messages and actions
 

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (or equivalent area of study or experience)
·  5+ years’ experience in market, communications or business development in a B2B environment
·  Experienced in B2B marketing, with substantial experience in professional services 
·  Track record in executing digital marketing campaigns
·  Experience working in cross-border / global environment

Ideally, you’ll also have
·  Good problem solver who is focused on measurable outcomes not just outputs with the courage to challenge and adapt activities to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
·  A passion for learning, testing and innovating, exploring best in class and considering how to bring good ideas to Managed Services marketing.
·  Good digital marketing experience and, ideally, marketing automation experience
