The opportunity  

This is an exciting role concentrated on helping expand the Health Sciences and Wellness Industry market brand, enhancing and increasing customer reach, and providing and implementing creative and innovative go-to-market channels to expand market share and pursue revenue and growth targets. 

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing B2B channel marketing strategies and associated campaigns for the Health Sciences and Wellness (HSW) industry market. The role will be responsible for co-developing and overseeing the marketing plan and execution across specific channels for the Health and Life Sciences sectors by implementing channel campaignsto meet our business and marketing objectives. This role will work closely with all functions of EY marketing teams and agencies (internally and externally) to gather channel insights and data to support brand development, market activation and experiential activities.  By leveraging data and client insights this role will provide recommendations to drive client activity and increase market share and voice.  This role will be responsible for helping drive process improvement through better content mix, competitive analysis/activities and utilizing performance metrics to gauge program effectiveness and adjust with agility. In addition, this role will also be responsible for helping package and deploy industry content and solutions.

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Brand strategy experience, showing how to build a distinctive industry market narrative for positioning across multiple different channels
·  Ability to develop a cohesive channel marketing plans and campaigns that align to Global and Regional sector marketing activities
·  Agency management experience required to successfully deliver on plan
·  Know how to manage relationships with key stakeholders across the industry market team, including regional leaders.
·  Content development skills that provide recommendations on content creation based on the right channel
·  Media buy experience 

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Understanding of the Health Sciences and Wellness industry and target buyer groups
·  Insight into internal and external buyer and target audience needs and attitudes, understands how they impact on behaviour and decision making
·  Demonstration of business acumen, skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities
