The opportunity

Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service function providing HR support services including Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Learning Administration and Performance Management support services to the country, region and global Talent teams.  These services are delivered from our network of Global Delivery Services centers in China, India, Philippines and Poland and from our onshore centers in Australia, Canada, Netherlands, South Africa, United Kingdom and United States.

The Process Analyst role supports the Process Manager or team leads in design, deployment, maintenance and improvement of Talent Shared Services processes including enabling technology, intelligent automation, chatbots and business intelligence reporting.  The preparation and maintenance of work instructions supporting TSS service delivery operations are a fundamental function of this role.  With a good operational knowledge of the TSS process, the Process Analyst also supports transition/alignment projects in the TSS organization.

Your key responsibilities

   •Develop and maintain operational knowledge, including the process model, operating procedures, enabling technology and supporting KPIs for Talent Shared Services operations for various Talent functions.
•Support Talent Shared Services Process Lead or Manager in process design, documentation, implementing enabling technology, etc. for Talent Shared Services operations.
•Think creatively and provide innovation suggestions to improve service delivery costs, control, effectiveness and/or efficiency.
•Utilize various technologies to streamline and improve process efficiencies.
•Support sharing of best practices across centers in service delivery network.
•Create and update work instructions or knowledge content under the direction and guidance of the Talent Shared Services Lead or Manager in accordance with agreed protocols and expected levels of consistency and quality.
•Deliver global operations support services (such as managing shared mailboxes, reviewing Change Requests, UAT testing, etc.).
•Build and maintain relationships with appropriate TSS Service Delivery teams, HR Process teams and others as appropriate.
•Support Talent Shared Services Process Lead or Manager in execution of their responsibilities.
•Support process related activities in transition/alignment projects in TSS centers partnering with TSS Service Delivery teams, HR Process Team/Project Managers as assigned.
•Support service delivery operations as needed.
•Handle special projects/requests on an ad hoc basis.

 

Skills and attributes for success   

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, SharePoint Designer, PowerPoint, Word, etc. using VBA)
·  Proficiency creating and administering SQL Server and reporting with Power BI
·  Experience in deploying web based systems to a global audience
·  Familiarity with chatbot AI technology, such as Watson, Azure Bot, etc. and RPA technology, such as UiPath, Blue Prism preferred
·  Ability to work virtually and independently in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks, with a strong client focus and ability to manage expectations
·  Strong organizational and planning skills together with an intelligent, proactive approach to problem solving
·  Ability to demonstrate initiative and vision and identify opportunities for process improvement
·  Ability to accept and navigate situations with ambiguity and complexity to progress recommendations and decisions
·  Collaborates and works effectively with others, builds and maintains relationships with TSS service delivery and operations team members and stakeholders
·  Experience working in a Shared Services global organization
·  Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
