Job description


The opportunity 
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Finance Department and the internal clients of Ernst & Young through your precise, responsible and client-oriented mindset, active involvement in teamwork, and flexibility regarding workload. 

It includes but not limited to:

·  Handling payments and expenditures including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
·  Preparation and tracking of intercompany payments
·  Reconciling GFIS entries by verifying entries and comparing BO reports to AP balances
·  Facilitate with the check releasing schedule
·  Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
·  AP Clearing upon check has been prepared
·  Maintaining of AP Monthly Schedule
·  Keeping historical records for filing and documentation

Other functions are also required:

·  BIR/PEZA/LGU Compliance
·  Prepares monthly/quarterly/annual BIR return schedules
·  Filing of BIR Returns
·  Facilitate local government, PEZA and BIR tax due payments
·  Employee Related Tasks
·  Facilitate Employee Travel/Non-Travel Cash Advance Processing
·  Handling of Employee Medical Allowance Reimbursement Tracker
·  Maintaining Employee Travel/Non-Travel Cash Advance Schedule
·  Review and validation of employee expense reports
·  General ledger journal entries for employee related transactions
·  Respond to employee concerns and policy guidelines
·  Final pay check preparation
Requirements:

·  Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
·  Must be a CPA
·  At least 1-2 years of experience
·  Must be adept in a fast paced environment
·  Experience in a shared service set up is preferred but not required
