  The opportunity

As an FSO Technology Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.

We are looking for Frontend Engineers who willcollaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions. The team supports our clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment. The team leverages Microservices, Cloud, Omni channel integration, API Management and open source technologies to enable end to end automation.

Your Key Responsibilities

The goal is to support our clients to create experiences that come to life on digital devices. You will assist engagement teams with the following:

·  Take UX design mocks and translate them to prototypes and working products
·  Build the libraries and frameworks that support large, complex web applications
·  Utilize user-centered design methodologies
·  Build and test user interfaces to our clients’ specifications
·  Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale for enterprise clients

You will deliver high qualify systems with focus on reliability and excellent customer experience. In addition, you will demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. 

Skills and attributes for success

·  Contribute to engineering solution delivery through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing; based on a proven agile methodology.
·  Demonstrate hands-on technical capabilities inmultipleprogramminglanguages.  Effectively work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
·  Demonstrate understanding of current technology environment and industry trends and provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues.
·  Willingness and ability to travel in up to 40% of the time.

To qualify for the role you must have

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
·  A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in frontend software development
·  Foundational knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
·  Foundational knowledge with at least one major framework (Bootstrap, Angular, etc.). Knowledge of Angular 2 is a plus.
·  Hands-on experience in developing, testing and deploying responsive web applications.
·  Experience consuming RESTful APIs and JSON data.
·  Foundational level understanding of Web security
·  Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g. Git, CI/CD pipelines)
·  Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Experience with the following technologies: Java, ReactJS, Mobile UI/UX Development (IOS, Android, Hybrid), D3, NoSQL Databases, Websockets
·  Desire to be a full-stack Engineer
