Job Summary:    

Contracts position for Tysons, VA office. This position is responsible for providing contract management support for Federal contracts.  Provide reporting and administrative support to the Federal Contracts Team. Reviews solicitations, proposals, bids, contracts, contract modifications, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracting agreements and other contracts related documents.  Develops and maintains strong working relationships with government contracting officers and internal stakeholders. 

 

 

Responsibilities

 
· 
Supports the Contract team in managing federal contracts from inception through close out

· 
Completes RFP reviews for compliance and risk assessments

· 
Responsible for contract set ups in Deltek

· 
Reviews Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), subcontracts and Requests for Proposal to subcontractors

· 
Provides support to the contracts team to help complete data calls and other tasks

· 
Responsible for Basis of Award customer monitoring for our GSA schedules

· 
Provide reporting and administrative support for GSA IFF, Small Business Subcontract Reporting and Service Contract Act

· 
Provide reporting and administrative support for the GSA OASIS contracts to include input of all financial data for awards, mods and monthly and annual reporting requirements in the OASIS system

· 
Identifies contractual risks and issues and provides resolutions and recommends actions

· 
Use contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for engagements

· 
Work with Finance team to ensure proper contract value, funded value, timekeeping, billing, and any other financial requirements are met

· 
Update and maintain Contract Management System (CMS)

Qualifications

· 
Excellent oral and written communication skills

· 
Ability to gain working knowledge of contract concepts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR)

· 
Ability to learn and apply of firm policies and procedures quickly

· 
Ability to build relationships

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Education & Training Requirements

                                                       

·  Bachelor degree
·  Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other Federal regulations are a plus
·  Contract Management Certifications are a plus
 

Experience

 
·  0-2 years of experience

Security Clearance

 
·  Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
