Your key responsibilities

As a graduate, you will join EY-Parthenon as a consultant in our Sydney office. The Graduate Program here at EY-Parthenon is highly sought after: it is an incredible opportunity for you to fast-track your career by addressing the most pressing strategic challenges that businesses and organisational leaders face today. You will work side-by-side with an incredible group of colleagues, highly achieved mentors and senior leaders to advise our clients on concerns, opportunities and pathways to help them reach their full potential. From identifying information sources, collating data, executing analyses, conducting interviews, structuring hypotheses and developing presentations.

 

Skills and attributes for success

There is no common archetype for an EY-Parthenon professional. We are looking for talented students who have a strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and the ability to link business strategy to performance. Being a strong team player is critical with the ability to adapt to changing requirements or deadlines in support of our clients’ goals.

 

For this role, the following skills are preferred, but not mandatory:

A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis

· 
A forward-thinking and collaborative approach to problem-solving

· 
Effective organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

· 
A strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas

·  Excellence in interpersonal and communication skills

To qualify for the role you must be

· 
In the final year of your degree or as a graduate, within 18 months from your graduation date at the time of application

· 
Available to interview on 12 th or 13th March 2020 (Sydney)

· 
An Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident
