What we do for our clients in TAS?
Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) helps create social and economic value for the clients by enabling them to make more informed decisions about managing capital and transactions, including strategies to raise, invest, optimize and preserve capital.
Our solutions and technologies are delivered by more than 19,000 professionals, located in over 100 countries, connected across four sub-service lines: Corporate Finance, Strategy & Operations, Transaction Diligence and International Tax and Transaction Services (a joint venture with the Tax service line).
Corporate Finance is the combination of our financial and strategic capabilities to provide professional services addressing the capital allocation and optimization needs of our clients.
Our value proposition is to enable better value-creating decisions through deep finance and strategic modelling to optimize financial performance, capital allocation, and shareholder return.
Corporate Finance comprises three competencies: Valuation, Modelling and Economics, Lead Advisory Services, and Restructuring. These competencies enable us to serve our clients in a connected manner, leveraging our collective technical capabilities to provide tailored solutions.
Strategy and Operations (S&O)
Strategy & Operations acts as a force multiplier for our TAS Connected Capital Solutions – delivering strategy through the realization of economic value – enabling our clients to achieve their full potential.
Clients navigating today's rapidly shifting landscape are running just to walk, often finding they need to address a triggering event which will impact future business intentions. This requires a new strategy and a proven plan that delivers the desired results. Strategy & Operations employs our global reach and an innovative mindset, applies the unmatched power of the firm and deep sector know-how, and leverages cutting-edge technology fueled with vast amounts of quality data. It means we deliver a data-driven, front-end strategy and provide seamless support to drive it through to implementation. It means our clients see their strategy realized as they reach their full potential.
The sub-service line is comprised of two competencies Operational Transaction Services (OTS) and EY-Parthenon (EY-P). We go to market in TAS under the Connected Capital Solutions, where our Strategy & Operations capabilities contribute to the full Capital Agenda. We serve the corporate, private equity and public sector markets, with our offerings leveraging our sector expertise.
Transaction Diligence is an integrated approach to diligence that enables TAS sub-service lines and competencies to work together more effectively. It is a mindset change that encourages our TAS competencies to go-to-market with a more integrated and value-driven approach to diligence. By working more closely together throughout the different phases of an engagement, we will be able to move away from our traditional service-based approach to provide a more issues-led offering that focuses on our clients' needs.

Your key responsibilities
As part of Transaction Advisory Services, you advise on strategies to raise, invest, optimize and preserve capital. Our teams bring together transaction professionals across competence areas, sectors and geographies to help our clients achieve their objectives.

To qualify for the role, you must have
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Engineering or any Technology related degree
- Bachelor’s degree: completed within the past 18 months of applying to the graduate program
- Master’s Programs/Master’s Degree: completed within the past 18 months with no relevant work experience for more than 6 months or students who started their Masters directly after completing their bachelor degree.

• Available to start full-time job in September or October 2020
• Must be UAE national with family book
• Must have completed national service if applicable

Upon passing the assessments, you will receive an email invitation to complete a prerecorded video interview. You will be required to record yourself responding to behavioral based questions. Being yourself is key to passing this step of the recruitment process.
