The opportunity

 

We are looking for experienced Senior Consultants  with experience of SAP Success Factors to join our EY Technology team. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As a Senior Consultant you will:

·  Provide overall technical leadership in consulting, designing, and implementing SAP Success Factors
·  Strategically and proactively ensure long term technology delivery of business objectives align with the organization's technology strategy; Understand the business strategy, processes and decision makers, and foster participation in solution fiscal planning, scope, prioritization, delivery, and enhancement of solutions
·  Steer overall business expectations, perceptions and support ongoing two way communication of technology strategies, priorities and governance and partner closely with business stakeholders to outline technology fiscal planning and be accountable for overall technology spend
·  Establish product roadmaps in alignment with IT technology initiatives and maintain lasting internal client relationships ensuring business expectations, goals, and objectives are met while executing and delivering the portfolio of commercial off the shelf and custom developed software solutions

Skills and attributes for success:

·  Experience leading all technology aspects of large implementations on Success Factors, with hands-on experience configuring the software; Experience preferred on multiple SAP modules, in a complex and mixed technology environment (i.e. public and private Cloud and on-premise)
·  Experience integrating Success Factors to other modules of SAP, i.e., ECC, S/4HANA, etc. as well as non-SAP systems; Success Factors certification strongly preferred
·  In-depth knowledge of the application development life cycle with ability to identify innovative application development alternatives; Possess professional level knowledge in project management and the establishment of standards related to the application development life cycle and Agile application development

Ideally, you’ll also have:

·  Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate geographically-dispersed technical teams with the ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, and other team members
·  Applicants must be currently authorised to work in Australia without the need for visa sponsorship
