Role Title: Recruitment Services Post Offer Coordinator
Reporting to: Recruitment Services Post Offer Team Leader
Location: Birmingham, some travel may be required

The Opportunity

 

You will be responsible for all administration relating to the ‘offer of employment’ process. This includes drafting offer letters, managing induction plans, referencing and updating HR systems, while ensuring an exceptional joiner experience.

  

Your Key Responsibilities:

·  You will draft offer letters for Experienced Hire joiners.
·  You will be acting as a dedicated point of contact for joiners and their on-boarding, e.g. documentation, international support, IT set-up, references, inductions, UK right to work, escalating noncompliance and answering queries.
·  You will be updating HR systems and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity.
·  You will process payroll changes, review and check transactions generated by audit reports.
·  You will provide regular updates to the Experienced Hire Recruitment team on progress of on-boarding.
·  You will take calls on the Recruitment Helpline and deal with queries.
·  You will process invoices for recruitment related costs.
·  You will flexibly support team members and other HRSSC teams according to work volumes.
·  You will contribute to wider projects and initiatives.
·  You will cover for other Administrators during planned and unplanned absence periods.
·  You will support with other ad-hoc administration and reporting tasks as required and directed by the Team Leader.
·  You will be working to deadlines, KPIs and SLAs.

Skills and attributes for success


We are interested in people with experience in a busy administrator type role in professional services or a similar environment. As a successful candidate you will have the ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

To qualify for the role:  
·  You will have proven administration experience of working to high volumes and juggling conflicting priorities.
·  You will have customer service experience and a professional telephone manner.
·  You will have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with the most routine tasks.
·  You will have IT literacy with Microsoft packages.

Ideally, you’ll also be able to:

· 
Communicate confidently and operate appropriately within the organisation.

· 
Use your initiative when problem solving, being self-sufficient and proactive.

·  Influence challenging stakeholders, manage resistance and escalate as appropriate.
·  Demonstrate successful track record of process improvements and best use of technology.
