The matters we cover
Audit services involve reporting on the fairness in all material respects with which a client’s audited financial statements are presented, in conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework
 
Your main tasks and responsibilities
Ensure that audit engagements are conducted in accordance with the firm's methodologies and professional standards, and local legal & regulatory requirements.

• Adapt the audit approach to the changing client environment.
• Ensure the technical accuracy and presentation standard of all client deliverables.
• Deliver added value to the client by sharing knowledge, ideas and providing solutions to improve the business.
• Liaise with other service lines and other audit managers to ensure efficient utilization of knowledge and resources to deliver services.
• Work effectively as a team member, provide support as needed, and update senior team members on progress
• Build productive working relationships with client personnel through a professional interaction.
• Display maturity and ability to function independently in our professional dealings.
• Coach and supervise junior staff; coordinate the workload in various projects as applicable.

To qualify for the role you must have
 Relevant master degree (economics, accounting, business, finance)
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Use of Global Audit Methodology
• Expertise in primary accounting frameworks (Be GAAP or IFRS)
• Expertise in financial reporting
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills
• Solid written and oral presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, business development skills
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French; proficient level of business English is required
• Relevant experience within financial services, and interest in this sector, are a must.
