Position ( 1 Senior and 1 Staff- 4-8 years’ experience)JD

PrimaryResponsibilities and Accountabilities:

·  Good hand on working knowledge on Oracle GoldenGate, Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard
·  Solid experience in Golden Gate
·  Good Knowledge on Database performance and SQLperformance tuning knowledge
·  Good Knowledge on development and management ofGolden Gate replication
·  Should have experience as a DBA in a custom productdevelopment project or Data ware housing
·  Good hand on Knowledge in Oracle Databaseadministration activities like Maintenance, install, patching, configurationand troubleshooting.
·  Working knowledge of Real Application Clusters (RAC),Oracle Data Guard, Golden Gate and RMAN
·  Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle Database issues
·  Install and upgrade Oracle Database 11g and 12cproducts on Linux/Unix.
·  Implement and maintain databasesecurity
·  Good to have knowledge on Oracle AdvancedCompression techniques.
·  Plan growth and changes (capacity planning).
·  Perform general technical trouble shooting and giveconsultation to development teams.
·  Good to have experience with PL/SQL code development
·  Interface with Oracle Corporation for technicalsupport.

Requirements(including experience, skills and additional qualifications)
 

Experience:  

·  4-8years as Oracle DBA
·  Excellentexperience in Oracle Database administration, Oracle Golden Gate, Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle DataGuard  installationand configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery methods inmultiple computing environments (UNIX, Linux).
·  Configureand build Golden Gate Extracts/replicate for multiple databases.
·  Troubleshooting and performance tuning of Golden Gate replications.
·  TroubleshootOracle Golden Gate server and Golden Gate service outages
·  Deployreplication change scripts
·  Excellentexperience in Supporting & Troubleshooting Oracle DB systems.
·  Excellentexperience in Change management Process towards to Production environment.
·  ManageOracle products, including Server Administration, Patching, Backup/Recovery,Scripting and Code Deployments.
·  Experienceon database upgrades, installation and administration with any platformmigration.
·  Experiencein performing core database activities like Patching, troubleshooting andmaintenance.
·  Shouldhave good understanding of Database Security, Encryption, Partitioning &networking.
·  Oraclecertification in relevant technology will be an added advantage.
