Job Summary:

The Digital Analyst supports the implementation and management of a robust analytics capability – Adobe Analytics - that measures the success of core knowledge products and services, and which brings visibility of the impact/value of knowledge investments to the business. This role will be an in-house Adobe Analytics expert who can advise product teams, digital analysts and data scientists on all things Adobe to support analytics, reporting and insight generation.

 

The Digital Analyst will manage and maintain strategic reporting and analytics processes related to the use of Adobe analytics for Knowledge products and services.They will translate business goals into technical requirements and deliver against these.This includes collaborating to define KPIs, measuring performance against targets, and providing analysis and insight that recognizes trends and offers predictive considerations to help support business decisions.

 

This position proactively brings ideas to automate, innovate, and enhance the data, analytics and reporting.

 

Essential Functions of the Job:
· 
Champion and maximize the use of Adobe Analytics in EY Knowledge products and services to deliver actionable insights and analysis.

· 
Evangelize best-practice approaches for implementation and management of Adobe Analytics.

· 
Establish and maintain the systems and processes associated with reporting and analytics using Adobe

· 
Advise and support power users such as product managers, data engineers, data scientists and analysts – including any development of enablers

· 
Work collaboratively with teams to define business requirements for data reporting and analysis specifically from Adobe . 

· 
Provide perspectives based on data, trends, and user feedback; develop recommendations that improve our knowledge content and knowledge technology platforms in coordination with our analytics capability

· 
Track operational performance against defined KPIs and elevate areas that require attention; create compelling dashboards including data visualization that shows performance against targets and overall business value/impact

· 
Collaborate with other analytics communities within EY and share/leverage best practices.

· 
Work across data collection platforms, maintain reporting databases, create reports, review deliverables, identify and report improvement areas, identify trends, track and report metrics, including KPI reports.

· 
Drive end-user satisfaction by being responsible for timely delivery of all reports with optimal quality.

· 
Display an innovative and process improvement mindset; proactively bring ideas to improve analytics capability.

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
· 
Ability to synthesize and analyze data coherently and succinctly. Able to bring together a variety of sources to deliver impactful analysis that supports business priorities.

· 
Understands the firm’s go-to-market strategy and service delivery models, how core business services support the service lines, and how knowledge analytics and measurement enables exceptional client service and high performing teams.

· 
Understands EY Vision 2020 and Knowledge Transformation, and ensures key knowledge analytics and measurement deliverables are aligned to them

Skills Requirements:
· 
3-4 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience, with a focus on Adobe Analytics & Audience Manager.

· 
2-3 years of working with clients and/or reporting measurement insights to business stakeholders within an organization.

· 
Strong understanding of tag management

· 
Good knowledge of the digital marketing space

· 
Experience visualizing data and communicating analysis with stakeholders using visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Spotfire.

· 
The ability to know your way around a spreadsheet - beyond simple data input, you're well versed when it comes to intermediate data analysis.

· 
Experience connecting online & offline data sets within Adobe

· 
Experience developing custom code

·  Strong project management skills
· 
Provides innovative ideas and new thinking to business needs and existing solutions

· 
Must perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

·  Solves problems of medium complexity
· 
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· 
Understanding of the business and demonstrated commercial acumen using commercial language that presents knowledge activities in the context of business objectives

 
Supervision Responsibilities:
· 
Must be able to work independently, complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.

· 
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

 
Other Requirements:
· 
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed

·  Overtime, as needed to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:
 
Education:
· 
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience – STEM subjects preferred but not essential

Experience:
·  5+  years of relevant experience
 
Certification Requirements:
·  Adobe Certified Expert
· 
Agile or Scrum trained - desired but not essential
