Job Summary:


Business Analyst will require the individual to define and deliver multiple services for the Office of the CIO (OCIO) – Business Management office (BMO).Primary focus will be to own the support services to help BMO function achieve its goals which will be both financial/non-financial in nature. Will require working with stakeholders across business units and accuracy/quality of deliverables will be the key as the output will be shared across L0 and L1 leaders within IT organization.

Essential Functions of the Job: 

· 
Responsible for managing and coordinating multiple BMO support services end to end by partnering with stakeholders across IT services functions

· 
Managing financial tracking and FCN process for new vendor intake within Enterprise technology

· 
Define/Execute process and scheduling to ensure different approval matrices for BMO team are kept updated

· 
Manage and coordinate calendar/schedule of activities/deadlines for BMO teams to help manage their day to day activities.

· 
Write and maintain appropriate documentation defining the services and procedures required to execute them

· 
Produce reports and related analysis on both quantity and quality of the transactions involved

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

·  4 -6 years of work experience preferably in corporate IT environment
·  Project management experience is essential
·  Knowledgeof Excel (macros and Excel reporting)
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
·  Fluent in English – written and verbal 
·  A good understanding of IT Services organization would be an advantage 
·  Experience with Power BI reporting is helpful
