ENGIE are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to be based at 127 Park Hill, London, SW4 9PA. This is a permanent, part-time role working 10 hours per week 05am to 07am. On offer is a salary of £7,642.2 over 47 weeks per annum (£10.55 per hour) and high-quality benefits package.

General Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, undertaking and implementing various aspects of cleaning and supervising staff members. They should be able to demonstrate hands on activities and have knowledge of current relevant health and safety standards, and the ability to organise, report, keep records and communicate at all levels and control quality assurance of site installation activities. 

Daily cleans of the buildings including, but not limited to:

· 
Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points

· 
Sweeping, mopping or hoovering floors and carpeted areas

· 
Using electrically powered scrubbing/polishing machines to burnish, scrub, polish and spray clean floors – full instruction and training will be provided)

· 
Dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments

· 
Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels)

· 
Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks and drinking fountains

· 
Carry out any other reasonable function to the job

· 
Cleaning experience/knowledge of cleaning substances and techniques

· 
Knowledge of COSHH regulations

· 
Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

· 
An enhanced CRB

· 
Flexibilty with regards to working hours
