Global Energy Management (GEM) is one of ENGIE’s Business Units. Organization:
FINOPS Expertise Center – Transverse team in charge of managing transversal projects, lead & accelerate harmonization, improvement, automation and digitalization of FINOPS activities & processes.
Role:
Candidate will work as part of the FINOPS Transverse team. He will
· Coordinate transversal initiatives
· Steer continuous process improvements based on audits & incidents
· Provide inputs to product owners and managers to improve process
Main Activities:
Coordinate transversal initiatives by organizing, formalizing meetings and following-up action plans.
Steer Business Continuous Improvement Process throughout FINOPS teams in close cooperation with FINOPS managers by challenging their current processes and by supporting teams to improving them.
Coordinate Operational Risk incidents by reviewing and following-up on remediation actions.
Steer Internal and External Audit missions by coordinating FINOPS teams review and action plans follow up.
Lead Internal Control self-assessments reviews and ensure coherence between Internal Audit reviews and self-assessments score. Follow up on action plans deliveries.
Steer Monthly KPI Performance Review with FINOPS management teams and in direct contact with Operational Excellence expertise center, support the FINOPS transformation process which aims at streamlining FINOPS roles and processes through all GEM businesses, improve data quality in GEM systems, secure daily operation and monthly closing.
Lead SBA requests by identifying impacts and ensuring coordination within FINOPS

Travels:
Brussels (max. 1 day / week)
Education and professional background:
University degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering (with Financial experience)
3 to 5 year cumulated experience in Finance, Trading or Banking Support functions (Back Office, Middle Office, Risk, Finance and/or Accounting) in a banking or commodity trading environment

IT knowledge: you have experience in trading systems, integrated data management systems, accounting systems (SAP or Navision is a plus)
