Job Description:
· Designs and develops basic and advanced programs
· Conducts post-training evaluation survey
· Identifying training deficiencies through needs analysis, trends, gaps and additional needs
· Provides assistance and monitoring of Performance Management
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· Must have at least 3 years solid training background in various industries
· Must be knowledgeable of training methodology and frameworks
· Must have excellent communication, presentation/facilitation skills
· Required Skill(s): Training, Human Resources
