ENGIE are recruiting for a  Technical Administrator  to be based in  Winsford, CW7 1AH . This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

The Technical Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant maintenance. This role will also be responsible for updating the compliance register and supporting the Senior Management Team, specifically the Hard FM Manager to deliver an exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include: ​

· 
Maintain accurate and compliant maintenance records for statutory and implied statutory activities.

· 
Updating the compliance register 

· 
Under the direction of the Hard FM Manager, maintain and update asset registers and work plans to reflect any changes to the buildings or scope of service.

· 
Ensure all completed work sheets are received and filed on the technical shared drive.

· 
Work with the PPM Planner to ensure all PPM are completed as scheduled and that completion records are received and filed as per process.

· 
Work with the Operations Administrator to ensure that billable work is invoiced in a timely manner by collating information on individual work orders and following the approvals process.  

· 
Periodically ‘cleanse’ maintenance related Work Orders to ensure they have been coded correctly in terms of billable / non-billable work.

· 
Run and distribute reports on a scheduled basis to assist key members of the team in managing the Hard FM Services.

· 
Be the main point of liaison with the Helpdesk and Hard FM Team 

· 
On an ad hoc basis, create/update Work Orders and Purchase Orders on the CAFM system to reflect the latest status and information available.  

· 
Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures

· 
Update programmes of work with information relating to hard services operations

· 
Minute Supplier Meetings

· 
Fully conversant with Risks to non-compliance or unavailability of Building Services, including        impact to client and ability to reinstate Full Service promptly.

· 
Assist with secretarial support for the provision of documents where required, to include typing letters, memos reports, dealing with confidential documents etc in an efficient and effective manner.

· 
Support team meetings and events to develop the facilities team’s understanding and awareness of the customer’s facilities, functions, goals, objectives and key personnel. 

· 
Understand and meet customer requirements, delivering consistently high service levels and utilising feedback to improve service.

· 
To provide administrative cover to other parts of the FM Administration service during staff absences.

· 
Undertake training where necessary to maintain and develop the requirements of the service

· 
Communicate effectively with site teams and management.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

· 
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English

· 
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and information management system

· 
Experience of administration work in a maintenance environment

· 
Knowledge of the building and engineering industry

· 
Operational knowledge of CAFM systems

· 
Management of reactive jobs on CAFM system including dispatching, assigning, closing of work orders and arranging contractor works.

· 
Experience of raising and submitting of invoices, raising purchase orders, management of receipting and invoice disputes and mitigating breach reports and calculating deductions on job failures.
