Job Description


To support efficiently the expansion of Engie IMPACT in the EMEIA region, and achieve ambitious recruitment targets in the upcoming years in Paris we are looking for a:

Talent Acquisition & HR Partner

 

You will directly report to the HR Manager EMEAI and participate actively to the recruitment process from A to Z (until the onboarding stage) and to the implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy in the region.

You will also work in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Director based in Brussels.

More specifically, you will be in charge of:

Ensuring recruitment process
·  You work closely with the business managers in order to established the recruitment plans.
·  For each profile, you select the appropriate recruitment channels (internal, advertisements, emails, recruitment agencies, social media….).
·  With qualitative selection interviews and business cases, you short-list the candidates and you provide support for the final decision process.

HR local operations

·  You work in close collaboration with theHR VP Manager EMEIA  on general HR matters to contribute to the proper functioning of HR in your area: local hard HR, exit interviews,…

Contributing to the recruitment strategy

·  You participate to the ENGIE Impact Talent Acquisition strategy collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Director.
·  You roll out the HQ initiatives / projects for the region (onboarding, Campus projects, Digital tools, Employer branding,...)
·  You participate in improving the local Talent Acquisition strategy (social media, Campus policy, onboarding process…) according to the feedback you get.
·  You develop the partners network especially in Paris

The onboarding process
·  You are in charge of 'onboarding' the new joiners, including the administrative part (Contract, VISA process if needed, request for a start package…)
·  You will be the point of contact with the IT support in order to ensure the new comer has the material to work efficiently

·  You have a university degree (labour sciences, HR, economics ….)
·  You have at least 5 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment.
·  An experience in the consulting world is a real plus
·  You are fluent in English and French.
·  You are genuinely interested in learning our business environment in order to ensure that our recruitment is in line with the business requirements and our culture
·  You have an analytical mind and are rigorous and organised in your approach
·  You are able to plan and manage your own goals in a structured and well organised way
·  You take initiatives, show flexibility and you are able to work with professionalism
·  You are assertive and independent, you can demonstrate a proactive attitude and you have excellent relational skills
·  You have excellent communication skills and you are able to create and animate your own network
·  You are diplomatic and stress-resistant, available, dynamic, proactive and you have team spirit
