Position Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Content Marketing is responsible for managing ENGIE Impact's external content calendar, operationalizing the content process, ensuring content is published on time and meets all our internal requirements. They will track the success metrics of each content piece and report out results once a month to the team. This role will also provide project management, coordination and research for marquee events and executive keynote presentations. This individual will:

·  Work closely with marketing operations to design and roll-out a new external content calendar process, set up recurring content alignment meetings, ensure process is executed as planned, and track and report content success metrics and insights.
·  Oversee content governance and management of the master content-cross link library of assets. Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of key sales and marketing materials.
·  Interface directly with SEO agency to ensure all new pieces of content are SEO optimized.
·  Program new website content, cross-promote content on relevant pages leveraging a content launch check list, refresh/review featured website content on a monthly basis and recommend new content additions where gaps exist.
·  Support digital team by compiling monthly performance reports and campaign reports for digital channels
·  Manage YouTube and SlideShare channels by uploading content and adding SEO optimizations, and ensure Google My Business information is up to date and maintained on a quarterly basis.
·  Work with Demand Generation team to address key pieces of content to leverage within email drip programs and sales enablement pieces for Business Development enablement.
·  Responsible for project managing marquee events in support of the Senior Director of Growth Marketing. This role collaborates closely with marketing, interacts with sales, executives and event associations for event logistics delivering a cohesive and professional marquee event presence that supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Responsibilities span research, setting and managing meetings, managing team deliverables and deadlines, and developing post-marquee event reports.
·  Coordinate all marketing activities with other members of the Marketing team for overall planning of marquee events (i.e., event branding, campaigns, databases, e-mail blasts, PR, social media, digital & web ads.)
·  Align with marketing operations to track and report key KPI's for content and marquee events.
·  Track and report on marquee event budget, manage forecast and actuals monthly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.
·  Work on incremental projects or campaigns on as need basis, addressed by management team.

Role Competencies

·  Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with a concentration in data analytics, marketing and strategy, and content or communications
·  3+ years of experience in marketing or similar preferred
·  Available to start between June or July of 2020
·  Market research analysis experience, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
·  Proven project management experience and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and departments
·  Self-starter and ability to work across globally distributed, fast-paced environment
·  Passion for sustainability
·  Fluency in English is required
·  Ability to prioritize and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
·  Baseline understanding of Marketing Sales funnel process and digital marketing tactics
·  Experience in Energy/Technology/B2B environments preferred, though not required
·  Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot) desired, not required
·  Experience with various project management tools and methodologies a plus
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
·  Experienced with CRM tools/Marketing Automation Software a plus
·  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
·  Ability to analyze data and is comfortable with making data-driven decisions
·  Discipline to be punctual and manage time effectively
