Position Summary

The Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting the Senior Risk Manager in the development and ongoing maintenance of the risk and internal controls programs.

Role Description

·  Continuously improves ongoing, consistent, and robust ERM practices to identify, prioritize, assess, mitigate, monitor and report on risks and opportunities across the enterprise through the implementation of and adherence to ENGIE's ERM and INCOME frameworks;
·  Lead risk assessments to reassess current risks and identify emerging key risks; identify and assess control effectiveness;
·  Maintains and updates current risk management documentation, including risk registers, policies, procedures, risk monitoring reports, and business continuity plans;
·  Challenge and create new efficiencies, policies, and procedures for various departments; provide guidance and support to the business in the development and documentation of risk and control descriptions and mitigation plans that ensure efficacy and sustainability;
·  Build strong working relationships and proactively coordinate with business partners across the enterprise to build and maintain risk management ownership and accountability;
·  Design and deliver presentations that promote a risk aware culture and educate internal and external stakeholders on ENGIE's ERM and INCOME frameworks, policies, and procedures;
·  Develops key metrics, in collaboration with risk and business process owners, that are indicators of risk management performance and establishes cadence to report, review and ensure data quality; and
· 

Coordinates, tests and improves business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Role Competencies

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field .
·  ARM, CRM, RIMS-CRMP, or other risk management certifications preferred. At minimum, diversified experience in the following:

·  2 - 5 years' experience in risk management, auditing, or compliance.
·  Facilitating group workshops, including follow up and action-oriented results
·  Project management.
·  Proven leadership skills to engage business partners to achieve results.
·  Independent self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines using organized and demonstrated project management skills.
·  Progressive thinking, one who can see the big picture operationally
·  Detail oriented, with exceptional collaboration, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
·  Capable of public speaking, including training and / or facilitating a group of internal and external individuals.
·  Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including quantitative and graphic communications.
·  Must be able to navigate in a windows-based computer environment to include Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
·  Experience with office machines including phones, copier, fax machine, and printers.
·  Ability to effectively work and deliver in a geographically diverse workplace.
