ENGIE are recruiting for 7  Repairs & Maintenance/Production Planners to be based in Rotherham, S60 1FL. This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role of Repairs & Maintenance/Production Planners is to process, appoint and administer the scheduling of the works ordering process utilising the Business Management System Castleton Response, to the ENGIE employees ensuring effective and efficient delivery to contract delivery timescales

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

· 
Appointing works to the appropriate operative with the correct skills, qualifications, van stock, plant, tools and equipment to effectively complete the works order right first time.

·  Scheduling customer appointments through Castleton Maintain.
·  Review and management of the Interactive Works Planner.
·  Working in collaboration with the Operations Supervisors/Managers to effectively deploy and manage directly employed resources.
·  Processing of certification and test certification.
·  Updating information and data in connection with the order status.
·  Processing variations
·  Arranging follow on appointments
·  Invoice administratio
·  Liaising with client counterparts 
·  Material co-ordination

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Experience of Business Management IT Systems.
·  Experience of scheduling and planning resources to complete tasks within timescales.
·  Customer Care skills
·  Previous Administration experience
·  Ability to competently operate MS office
