ENGIE are recruiting for a   Purchase Ledger Administrator to be based in Wath Upon Dearne . This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:

To ensure that post is reviewed and accurately distributed in a timely manner , along with providing admin support to the Purchase Ledger team.

Main Responsilbilties 

· 
To open and review post daily and distribute correctly

· 
Scan Purchase Invoices to the relevant Purchase Ledger  Assistant

· 
Administration support to Purchase Ledger Team as required

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Knowledge of Excel
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Keen attention to detail / high degree of accuracy
·  Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
