ENGIE are recruiting for a  PPM Planner   to be based in  Winsford, CW7 1AH . This is a permanent part-time role working 27 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

The main purpose of this role is to develop, maintain and implement the corporate planned maintenance methodology through the effective use of our CAFM System (Maximo)

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include: ​

· 
Supporting the successful implementation of planned maintenance regimes across the operations in line with the asset management strategy, best practice and the priorities set by the senior management team

· 
Providing technical expertise and on-going guidance to the Asset Team and the wider business

· 
Leading the day to day deployment of contractors and where appropriate in-house engineers to ensure PPM tasks are completed by the relevant 

· 
Being designated as a contract Maximo Champion for asset management, ensuring the system is maintained and developed in accordance with the contract processes as continually reviewed with the Business Improvement Manager

· 
Assisting in the successful mobilisation of new supplier contracts primarily through setting up appropriate PPM regimes on Maximo

· 
Developing and implementing additional services to support the efficiency, development and growth of the business

· 
The effective planning and utilisation using standard times and scheduling to aid the completion of all PPMs within the month.

· 
Meeting and where possible exceeding all SLAs for Attendance and Completion.

· 
Regular communication with Services Leads ensuring the work plans are optimal as possible.

· 
Ensuring good decisions regarding subcontracting and re-allocation accordingly to the Supply Chain are taken

· 
In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined you may be required to perform other duties assigned and requested by the Hard FM Manager 

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience: 

· 
Analytical skills and demonstrated academic achievement

· 
Significant experience in process and business improvement background

· 
Participation in successful major change programmes

· 
Strong financial/numerical skills, with ownership of a P&L

· 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven experience of managing complex relationships

· 
Understanding of Health and Safety management

· 
IOSH qualifications or equivalent

· 
Proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team

· 
Experience of working in an FM environment or scheduling background
