ENGIE are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Plasterer/Groundworker  to report in to  1 Bowling Green Terrace Leeds LS11 9SP, with site based work . This is a permanent full time role working 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday. On offer is a competitive salary  and benefits package

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Site team with day to day running of the project.  To carry out the duties as a labourer in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company polices and Procedures.  To assist the Site Manager in producing a quality product within the contract period and in a safe manner.  Adhere to all requirements set by SHEQ team, policy and strategy.   Also to carry out repairs, maintenance and major refurbishment work to the homes and properties repaired and maintained by the Company in a multi-skilled environment whilst achieving high standards of customer care and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities :  

· 
To complete high quality repair, maintenance and refurbishment works and deliver high levels of customer service on a daily basis

· 
Complete Plastering and multi skilled works in order to complete the job in one visit

· 
To adhere to all ENGIE values, policies and procedures.

· 
To work effectively and positively with the client, customers and stakeholders on a daily basis

· 
To effectively and proactively assist in supporting the team to achieve KPI’s 

· 
To utilise personal communication and protection equipment effectively and responsibly including the Company’s Vehicle Communication and Tracking System

· 
Work with all teams and departments within the Company to ensure the delivery of excellent services.

· 
Work in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Risk

· 
Assist tradesman as directed in carrying out their day to day duties

· 
Ensuring that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times

· 
To work with others and provide a courteous and considerate service to members of the public

· 
Complete and maintain accurate records and paperwork where necessary

· 
To wear appropriate clothing and PPE

· 
To attend all relevant training courses, including all health and safety courses arranged by the employer.

· 
To work in accordance with any training and instructions given and bring to the attention of the Employer any shortcomings and defects in the management systems and protective measures.

Required Knowledge, Key Skills and Experience:

· 
City and Guilds (Plastering) or equivalent experience (Essential)

· 
Time served apprenticeship (Desirable)

· 
Current valid driving license (Essential)

· 
Appropriate level of experience within building construction and repairs and maintenance

· 
Dealing with the public and outside agencies

· 
Demonstrate experience in diagnosis of Plastering and general building issues

· 
Ability to utilise Information Technology and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA’s)

· 
Previous Site based experience

· 
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

· 
Dumper and or 360 digger CPCS card – desirable
