ENGIE have ongoing opportunities for Multi Skilled Operatives to be based in Leeds, LS11 9SP with site based work. This is a permanent full time role working 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package

This role reports to the Site Manager / Contracts Manager and will provide a multi-skilled trade service, working on the allocated site. Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project. To carry out the duties as a labourer in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. To assist the Site Manager in producing a quality product within the contract period and in a safe manner. Adhere to all requirements set by SHEQ team, policy and strategy.

• Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including:
o Plumbing
o Carpentry
o Painting and Decorating
• Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
o Compliance with specification
o Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
• Maintain and care for all company tools
• To use appropriate safety equipment
• To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
• To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
• Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
• Material co-ordination
• Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
• Ensuring that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times
• To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
• To be responsible for holding keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards and allow access where appropriate
• Load and unload deliveries
• Any other reasonable management request

Required Knowledge, Key Skills and Experience:

• Previous trades experience
• Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
• Understanding of local government
• Experience of Partnership arrangements
• Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
